I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Planning and Development Act 2024 (No. 34 of 2024), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Planning and Development Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 2nd day of December 2024 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Planning and Development Act 2024 (No. 34 of 2024) shall come into operation: | ||
(a) sections 1 to 5; | ||
(b) Part 26. | ||
