S.I. No. 681/2024 - Personal Injuries Resolution Board Act 2022 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2024

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 10th December, 2024.

I, PETER BURKE, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 25 (2) of the Personal Injuries Resolution Board Act 2022 (No. 42 of 2022), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Personal Injuries Resolution Board Act 2022 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2024.

2. The 12th day of December 2024 is appointed as the day on which section 9 of the Personal Injuries Resolution Board Act 2022 (No. 42 of 2022), insofar as it relates to the insertion of Chapter 1A of the Principal Act, with reference to the class of civil action referred to in paragraph (b) of section 3 of that Act, comes into operation.
