S.I. No. 683/2024 - Notification and Control of Diseases affecting Terrestrial Animals (No. 2) Regulations 2016 (Amendment) Regulations 2024

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 10th December, 2024.

I, CHARLIE MCCONALOGUE, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 36 of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 (No. 15 of 2013), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Notification and Control of Diseases affecting Terrestrial Animals (No. 2) Regulations 2016 (Amendment) Regulations 2024.

2. The Notification and Control of Diseases affecting Terrestrial Animals (No. 2) Regulations 2016 ( S.I. No. 130 of 2016 ) are amended, in Part C of the Schedule, by the insertion—

(a) before “Crimean Congo haemorrhagic fever” of “Caseous lymphadenitis”, and

(b) before “Equine piroplasmosis” of “Duck viral enteritis”, and “Duck viral hepatitis”.
