S.I. No. 705/2024 - National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (State Authority) Order 2024

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 24th December, 2024.

I, JACK CHAMBERS, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 7 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000) and with the consent of the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (State Authority) Order 2024.

2. The Maritime Area Regulatory Authority is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 7 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000).

The Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications consents to the foregoing Order.
