S.I. No. 706/2024 - National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (State Authority) (No. 2) Order 2024

I, JACK CHAMBERS, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 31 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 23 of 2014) and with the consent of the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (State Authority) (No. 2) Order 2024.

2. The Maritime Area Regulatory Authority is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 31 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 23 of 2014).

The Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications consents to the foregoing Order.
