S.I. No. 707/2024 - National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (State Authority) (No. 2) Order 2024

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, JACK CHAMBERS, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 7 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000), and with the consent of the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (State Authority) (No. 2) Order 2024.

2. The Office of Director of Authorised Intervention established under the Institutional Burials Act 2022 (Establishment of Office of Director of Authorised Intervention, Tuam) Order 2023 ( S.I. No. 87 of 2023 ) is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 7 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000).

The Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth consents to the foregoing Order.
