S.I. No. 714/2024 - Screening of Third Country Transactions Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2024

I, DARA CALLEARY, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Screening of Third Country Transactions Act 2023 (No. 28 of 2023) and the Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2024 ( S.I. No. 166 of 2024 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Screening of Third Country Transactions Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2024.

2. The 6th day of January 2025 is appointed as the day on which the Screening of Third Country Transactions Act 2023 (No. 28 of 2023) shall come into operation.
