The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 (2) of the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024 (No. 23 of 2024), hereby make the following order: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 1st day of January 2025 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024 (No. 23 of 2024) shall come into operation: | ||
(a) Part 3; | ||
(b) Part 4; | ||
(c) Part 5. | ||
