The Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 (4) of the Agriculture Appeals (Amendment) Act 2024 (No. 38 of 2024), hereby orders as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Agriculture Appeals (Amendment) Act 2024 (Part 3) (Commencement) Order 2025. | ||
2. The 3rd day of February 2025 is appointed as the day on which Part 3 of the Agriculture Appeals (Amendment) Act 2024 (No. 38 of 2024) shall come into operation. | ||
