S.I. No. 9/2025 - Motor Insurance Insolvency Compensation Act 2024 (Section 17(1)(a)) Order 2025

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 21st January, 2025.

The Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 17 (1)(a) of the Motor Insurance Insolvency Compensation Act 2024 (No. 32 of 2024), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Motor Insurance Insolvency Compensation Act 2024 (Section 17(1)(a)) Order 2025.

2. The amount of €170,000 is specified for the purposes of section 17 of the Motor Insurance Insolvency Compensation Act 2024 (No. 32 of 2024).
