S.I. No. 30/2025 - Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) (No. 2) Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2025

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 14th February, 2025.

I, JENNIFER CARROLL MACNEILL, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) (No. 2) Act 2024 (No. 29 of 2024), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) (No. 2) Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2025.

2. The 14th day of February 2025 is appointed as the day on which the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) (No. 2) Act 2024 (No. 29 of 2024), in so far as it is not already in operation, shall come into operation.
