S.I. No. 32/2025 - Employment Permits Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2025

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 21st February, 2025.

I, PETER BURKE, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Employment Permits Act 2024 (No. 17 of 2024), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Employment Permits Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2025.

2. The 19th day of February 2025 is appointed as the day on which the Employment Permits Act 2024 (No. 17 of 2024), in so far as it is not already in operation, shall come into operation.
