Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 7th March, 2025.

I, JIM O’CALLAGHAN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 12 of the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 (No. 35 of 2024), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 (Establishment Day) Order 2025.

2. The 5th day of March 2025 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 (No. 35 of 2024).
