S.I. No. 78/2025 - Gambling Regulation Act 2024 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2025

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 21st March, 2025.

The Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 (2) of the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 (No. 35 of 2024), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2025.

2. Article 2 of the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2025 ( S.I. No. 57 of 2025 ) is amended by the insertion of “2025” after “March”.
