S.I. No. 189/2025 - Finance (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2025

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 9th May, 2025.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Finance and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2 (1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Finance (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2025.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Finance conferred on him by or under subsections (2) and (3) of section 67 of the Credit Institutions (Stabilisation) Act 2010 (No. 36 of 2010) are delegated to Robert Troy, Minister of State at the Department of Finance.
