S.I. No. 287/2025 - National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (Delegation of Climate Action Fund Grant Payment Functions) Order 2025

I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsections 3(a) and 3(b) of section 37B of the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 , as amended (No. 7 of 2007), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (Delegation of Climate Action Fund Grant Payment Functions) Order 2025.

2. In this Order—

‘Act of 2007’ means the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (No. 7 of 2007);

‘Statutory Instrument’ means the S.I. No. 449/2022 - National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (Delegation of Climate Action Fund Grant Payment Functions) Order 2022

3. Section 2 of the Statutory Instrument is amended—

(a) by removing the following wording from the definition of “Community Climate Action Supports”:

“through education, capacity building and learning”
