I, JENNIFER CARROLL MACNEILL, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 121 of the Health (Assisted Human Reproduction) Act 2024 (No. 18 of 2024), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Assisted Human Reproduction) Act 2024 (Establishment Day) Order 2025. | ||
2. The 13th day of October 2025 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Health (Assisted Human Reproduction) Act 2024 (No. 18 of 2024). | ||
