S.I. No. 19/2026 - CervicalCheck Tribunal (Dissolution) Order 2026

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 30th January, 2026.

I, JENNIFER CARROLL MACNEILL, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 36 (1) of the CervicalCheck Tribunal Act 2019 (No. 31 of 2019), and after consultation with the CervicalCheck Tribunal in accordance with paragraph (a) of the said section 36 (1), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the CervicalCheck Tribunal (Dissolution) Order 2026.

2. The CervicalCheck Tribunal is dissolved with effect from 30 January 2026.
