I, JIM O’CALLAGHAN, Minister for Justice, Home Affairs and Migration, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2025 (No. 13 of 2025), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2025 (Commencement) Order 2026. | ||
2. The 30th day of January 2026 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2025 (No. 13 of 2025) shall come into operation: | ||
(a) Part 1, in so far as it is not already in operation; | ||
(b) Part 2; | ||
(c) section 11, in so far as it is not already in operation. | ||
