S.I. No. 122/2026 - National Oil Reserves Agency (Amendment) Act 2026 (Commencement) Order 2026

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 3rd April, 2026.

I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Climate, Energy and the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the National Oil Reserves Agency (Amendment) Act 2026 (No. 6 of 2026), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Oil Reserves Agency (Amendment) Act 2026 (Commencement) Order 2026.

2. The 1st day of April 2026 is appointed as the day on which the National Oil Reserves Agency (Amendment) Act 2026 (No. 6 of 2026) shall come into operation.
