If Estimate not approved of, Application to be made to Court at Time of fiating Presentments.

V. In case any such Estimate or Application shall not be sanctioned by the said Council, the Parties making such Application shall be at liberty (on giving Six Days Notice of his Intention to do so) to bring the same before the Court or Judge respectively at the Time of fiating Presentments, and if it shall appear to the said Court or Judge respectively that such Presentment or Presentments should have been made, the same shall be added to the Schedules sent by the Town Clerk, under the separate Heading “Quay Wall Tax” or “Bridge Tax” respectively, as the Case may be.
