Power to stop up or alter Streets and Ways.

X. It shall be lawful for the Commissioners to stop up, alter, or otherwise vary all such Streets, Courts, Alleys, Ways, Paths, or Passages connected with or adjoining the Lands and Houses authorized to be purchased as aforesaid as shall be necessary for the Purposes of this Act; and the Ground and Soil of such Streets, Courts, Alleys, Ways, Paths, or Passages, or Parts thereof respectively, as shall be so stopped up, altered, or otherwise varied, shall be and the same are hereby vested in the Commissioners and their Successors for the Purposes of this Act.
