Power to levy Tolls and Rates.

2. It shall and may be lawful for the Commissioners of Public Works and they are hereby authorized to levy or cause to be levied and paid for the Use of the said Harbour such Tolls and Rates, Licence Duties and Charges, as the Commssioners of Her Majesty’s Treasury shall from Time to Time approve of.
