Commissioners of Education, to transmit to Treasury scale of results fees.

3. The Commissioners of Education shall each year, together with their estimate for the next financial year, transmit to the Treasury a statement showing the scale upon which the amount required for the payment of results fees has been calculated; and the scale upon which such estimate as approved by the Treasury has been calculated shall remain in force to the end of such financial year, without any alteration tending to increase the total amount estimated for results fees in such financial year.
