Lime washing of houses.

93. The keeper of a common lodging-house shall, to the satisfaction of the sanitary authority, limewash the walls and ceilings thereof in the first week of each of the months of April and October in every year, and shall if he fails to do so be liable to a penalty not exceeding forty shillings, and in the event of such failure the work may be executed by the sanitary authority, and the cost recovered in a summary manner.
