Obligation to test anchors and chain cables.

7.—(1) Every body of persons for the time being holding a licence under this Act for the testing of anchors and chain cables in respect of any testing establishment (in this Act referred to as a “licensed tester”) shall, with all reasonable despatch, test every anchor and chain cable that is brought to that testing establishment for the purpose of testing.
