FINANCE (CUSTOMS AND STAMP DUTIES) ACT, 1929.

AN ACT TO CHARGE AND IMPOSE CERTAIN DUTIES OF CUSTOMS, TO INCREASE THE RATE OF THE CUSTOMS DUTY ON CERTAIN CLASSES OF PERSONAL CLOTHING AND WEARING APPAREL, TO GRANT CERTAIN EXEMPTIONS FROM MOTOR CAR DUTY AND FROM CERTAIN STAMP DUTIES, AND TO MAKE OTHER PROVISIONS IN CONNECTION WITH FINANCE.
