AN ACT TO AMEND AND EXTEND THE EMERGENCY POWERS ACT, 1939 , FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING BETTER PROVISION FOR SECURING THE PUBLIC SAFETY AND THE PRESERVATION OF THE STATE IN TIME OF WAR. [3rd July, 1940.]
