Amendment of section 41 of the Act of 1939. |
5.—(1) Sub-section (1) of section 41 of the Act of 1939 shall have effect as if the words “for consumption” were inserted therein before the words “in the State” wherever the latter words occur. | |
(2) This section shall be deemed to have come into operation on and shall have effect as on and from the 1st day of January, 1940. |
