AN ACT TO MAKE PROVISION FOR THE EXECUTION BY LOCAL AUTHORITIES OF WORKS OF PUBLIC UTILITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING EMPLOYMENT FOR UNEMPLOYED PERSONS AND TO PROVIDE FOR MATTERS INCIDENTAL THERETO OR CONNECTED THEREWITH. [18th December, 1940.]
