OFFENCES, AGAINST THE STATE ACT, 1939 (MILITARY CUSTODY) (AMENDMENT) (No. 2) REGULATIONS, 1940.

I, OSCAR TRAYNOR, Minister for Defence, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (4) of section 50 of the Offences against the State Act, 1939 (No. 13 of 1939), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby make the following regulations, that is to say:—

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the offences against the State Act, 1939 (Military Custody) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1940.

(2) These Regulations shall be included amongst the Regulations which may be cited together as the Offences against the State Act, 1939 (Military Custody) Regulations, 1939 and 1940.

2. The Offences against the State Act, 1939 (Military Custody) Regulations, 1939 (Statutory Rules and Orders No. 288 of 1939), are hereby amended by the insertion at " A " of Appendix I to the said Regulations of the following, that is to say :—

" Curragh No. 1 Internment Camp, Curragh Camp, County Kildare ",

and the said Regulations shall be construed and have effect accordingly.
