Extension of Part IV of the Principal Act. |
19.—Notwithstanding anything contained in section 83 of the Principal Act, Part IV of that Act shall apply to freehold registered land for the acquisition of which money shall have been at any time, whether before or after the passing of this Act, advanced under the Small Dwellings Acquisition Acts, 1899 to 1931. |
