Maximum rate of pension of whole-time members of the Board. |
19.—Subsection (1) of section 2 of the Electricity Supply Board (Superannuation) Act, 1942 (No. 17 of 1942), (which provides for payment of pensions to whole-time members of the Board) is hereby amended by the substitution therein of “twenty-four forty-eighths” for “twenty forty-eighths” as the maximum proportion of yearly salary to be taken for the calculation of any such pension. |
