Flour and Wheatenmeal Act, 1956

Restriction on sale of flour and wheatenmeal.

10.—Except in accordance with a permit, the holder of a milling licence shall not sell any flour other than straight-run flour, and shall not sell any wheatenmeal other than standard wheatenmeal.
