JUSTICE (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) ORDER, 1964. | ||
The Government, at the request of the Minister for Justice, and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 9 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows : 1. This Order may be cited as the Justice (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1964. 2. The several powers and duties of the Minister for Justice specified in the Schedule to this Order are hereby delegated to Brian Joseph Lenihan, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Justice. | ||
