STOCK TRANSFER (RECOGNITION OF STOCK EXCHANGES) REGULATIONS, 1964.

I, SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 of the Stock Transfer Act, 1963 (No. 34 of 1963), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Stock Transfer (Recognition of Stock Exchanges) Regulations, 1964, and shall come into operation on the 13th day of January, 1964.

2. Each of the stock exchanges specified in the Schedule to these Regulations is hereby declared to be a recognised stock exchange for the purposes of the Stock Transfer Act, 1963 .

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations declare certain stock exchanges to be recognised stock exchanges for the purposes of the Stock Transfer Act, 1963 .
