Remuneration and terms of office of members of Board.

8.—(1) A member of the Board shall be paid, out of funds at the disposal of the Board, such remuneration (if any) and such amounts in respect of expenses as the Minister, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, may (in the case of remuneration) fix from time to time or (in the case of expenses) considers reasonable.

(2) Subject to subsection (1), a member of the Board shall hold office on such terms as the Minister, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, may determine from time to time.
