27.— Section 35 of the Finance Act, 1973 , is hereby amended, as respects interest payable on or after the 12th day of February, 1975, by the insertion after paragraph (a) of the following paragraph: | |
“(aa) section 17 (6A) of the Finance Act, 1970 ,”. |
