14.—Rule 1 (I) (a) of the Seventh Schedule to the Act of 1952 (as amended by the Social Welfare (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1963 ), in so far as it relates to a pension under the Widows' and Orphans' Pensions Acts, 1935 to 1979, which provides for the exclusion of the first £100 of the capital value of a widow's property in the calculation of her means for the purposes of such a pension, shall have effect as if “£200” were substituted for “£100”. |
