AN ACT TO CONFIRM THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF WATERFORD (EXTENSION OF BOUNDARY) PROVISIONAL ORDER, 1979. [15th December, 1979] | ||||||||
WHEREAS the County Borough of Waterford (Extension of Boundary) Provisional Order, 1979, set out in the Schedule to this Act has been duly made by the Minister for the Environment under section 36 of the Waterford City Management Act, 1939 , but will not have effect until confirmed by the Oireachtas: | ||||||||
