AN ACT TO APPLY CERTAIN SUMS OUT OF THE CENTRAL FUND TO THE SERVICE OF THE YEARS ENDED ON THE 31st DAY OF DECEMBER, 1980 AND THE 31st DAY OF DECEMBER, 1981, AND TO APPROPRIATE TO THE PROPER SUPPLY SERVICES AND PURPOSES SUMS GRANTED BY THE CENTRAL FUND (PERMANENT PROVISIONS) ACT, 1965 AND TO MAKE CERTAIN PROVISIONS IN RELATION TO CERTAIN BORROWINGS.
