PART I

Preliminary and General

Short title, collective citation and construction.

1.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Forestry Act, 1988.

(2) The Forestry Acts, 1946 to 1976, and this Act may be cited as the Forestry Acts, 1946 to 1988, and shall be construed together as one Act.
