AN ACT TO MAKE FURTHER PROVISION IN RELATION TO BROADCASTING AND WIRELESS TELEGRAPHY AND FOR THIS PURPOSE TO AMEND THE BROADCASTING AUTHORITY ACTS, 1960 TO 1979, THE RADIO AND TELEVISION ACT, 1988 , AND THE WIRELESS TELEGRAPHY ACTS, 1926 TO 1988, AND TO PROVIDE FOR OTHER MATTERS CONNECTED WITH THE MATTERS AFORESAID. [24th July, 1990]
