Grounds for approval, etc., of certain expenditure. |
4.—(1) In deciding whether or not to approve existing or proposed buildings or premises for the purposes of Chapter VII of Part I of the Finance Act, 1991 , Temple Bar Renewal Limited shall do so in accordance with the Second Schedule having regard to the uses and activities set out in that Schedule and on the basis of the criteria so set out, and a reference in that Schedule to approved means approved for those purposes and a contrary reference shall be construed accordingly. | |
(2) In respect of an approval to which subsection (1) relates, Temple Bar Renewal Limited may specify the period during which such an approval shall apply. |
