AN ACT TO AMEND THE REGIONAL TECHNICAL COLLEGES ACTS, 1992 AND 1994, TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A BODY TO BE KNOWN AS INSTITIÚID TEICNEOLAÍOCHTA, BAILE BHLAINSÉIR OR, IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE, THE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, BLANCHARDSTOWN, TO PROVIDE FOR THE DISSOLUTION OF INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, BLANCHARDSTOWN LIMITED, TO AMEND THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION ACT, 1930, IN RELATION TO THE COMPOSITION OF CERTAIN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION COMMITTEES, AND TO PROVIDE FOR RELATED MATTERS.
