AN ACT TO GIVE EFFECT TO THE CONVENTION AGAINST TORTURE AND OTHER CRUEL, INHUMAN OR DEGRADING TREATMENT OR PUNISHMENT ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE UNITED NATIONS ON THE 10TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1984, TO AMEND CERTAIN ENACTMENTS, AND TO PROVIDE FOR RELATED MATTERS.
