Amendment of section 145 of Act of 1963.

19.—Section 145 of the Act of 1963 is amended—

(a) by the insertion of the following after subsection (3):

“(3A) A company shall, if required by the Director, produce to the Director for inspection the book or books kept in accordance with subsection (1) and shall give to the Director such facilities for inspecting and taking copies of the contents of the book or books as the Director may require.”,

and

(b) in subsection (4), by the insertion after “subsection (1)” of “or (3A)”.
