Pensions (Amendment) Act, 2002

Amendment of section 85 of Principal Act.

49.—Section 85 of the Principal Act is amended by—

(a) the substitution of “section 83” for “section 83(1)”; and

(b) the insertion after “conduct of scheme” of “or the state of a PRSA”.
