Carrying out of assessments. |
10.—Where an application is made under section 9 , the Executive shall ensure that the assessment is carried out in a manner which conforms to such standards as may be determined from time to time by a body standing prescribed by regulations made by the Minister under section 5 of the Act of 2004. |
