Amendment of section 157 of Act of 2001.

145.— Section 157 of the Act of 2001 is amended—
|
|
| |
(a) by the insertion of the following definitions:
|
|
| |
“ “ authorised person” means a person authorised by the Minister under section 185;
|
|
| |
“ staff” does not include teaching staff;”,
|
|
| |
and
|
|
| |
(b) by the deletion of the definitions of “Inspector” and “Minister”.
